Match the source to the claim
Use the label for the exact product. Record its DailyMed set ID, version, labeler and date checked. For approval questions or conflicting versions, also check Drugs@FDA. A source-check date is not a medical-review date. Primary papers support mechanism and trial claims. Guidelines give clinical context. Reviews combine studies. Keep absolute and relative effects distinct. A number needed to treat needs its math and time span. Do not transfer a result to another product without evidence.

Visuals and sound
Name each PDB structure, species, ligand and paper. State what is schematic. A caption should say: “Structure: PDB {ID}, {paper}; rendered with {actual tool and source}.” Name Mol* only if used. PDB archive data and website art have different terms. [VERIFY: asset-specific RCSB licences]. Human Reference Atlas models need their source, version, creator and licence. [VERIFY: exact HRA assets and credits]. AI may help draft scripts or translations. The record states whether a person checked them. Device voices may be local or remote. We check outside videos for expertise, sources, date, captions and conflicts. Checking a title alone is not a review of the video. Use links or the official player, not a re-hosted copy.
Prices and reading scores
A price needs exact product, strength, pack, quantity, source, date and expiry. State shipping, tax and eligibility separately. Remove expired numbers; keep a neutral link if useful. Never imply lowest price, stock or coverage. Check terms before automated collection. Reading scores name the passage and tool. A person must still check meaning.
